Women's History Month is an annual observance to highlight the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society. It is celebrated during March in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, corresponding with International Women's Day on March 8. This year's theme is centered on “women who advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion.”

March is National Nutrition Month, and during this month, health and nutrition professionals share their knowledge and tips with patients, clients, family, friends, and the community to increase awareness about the importance of good nutrition.
