Randy Hill joined the Pacific Union team in the summer of 2023 and his work includes Children’s Ministries, Pathfinders, Youth, Young Adult Ministries, Adventist Christian Fellowship, and Camp Ministries. Randy is passionate about helping churches and ministry leaders create places where children, youth, and young adults can develop a meaningful, lifelong relationship with Jesus, find a genuine sense of belonging, and discover opportunities to serve in the church.
He especially enjoys working with ministry leaders to strengthen programs, encourage innovation, and help young people become active participants in the life and mission of the church. He believes some of the most meaningful ministry happens when relationships, trust, and opportunities to serve come together.
Randy and his wife, Gayle, have two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, and two grandcats.
