Marc K. Woodson

President

Marc K. Woodson has served the church in various capacities for nearly 40 years as a campus chaplain, youth pastor, senior pastor, youth director, and conference administrator. From 2018-2026, Woodson served as president of the Northern California Conference, previously having served for 11 years as the conference executive secretary. He was elected as president of Pacific Union Conference in 2026.

His passion for helping the local church become the agent of change has led him to work with many congregations on strategic planning, church growth, gift-based ministry implementation, and leadership development.

Woodson is married to Marlene Rodriguez, who serves as lead pastor of Crosswalk Sacramento, a young church plant in Roseville, California.
